935.05 BURIAL PERMITS; RECORDS.
   The Superintendent of Cemeteries shall not inter or permit the interment or other disposition of a body in the cemeteries unless it is accompanied by a burial permit, as provided by Ohio R.C. 3705.24 et seq.
   The Superintendent shall endorse upon the burial permit the day of interment, or other disposal, and sign his name thereto. All burial permits so endorsed shall be returned to the local registrar issuing the same within ten days from the date of interment or other disposal.
The Superintendent shall keep an accurate record of all interments or other disposal of dead bodies made in the City cemeteries, stating the name of the deceased person, place of death, date of burial or other disposition, and the name and address of the funeral director.
   No body shall be disinterred unless a permit shall be issued, directed to the Superintendent of Cemeteries or the Director of Public Service and Safety, by the Health Commissioner, properly signed and authenticated, or by an order of court, authorizing and directing such disinterment.
   Such cemetery records shall at all times be open to public inspection.
