(a) No person shall use, possess, sell or consume any alcoholic beverage in any of the parts of the City of Troy except as authorized. Authorized areas include, and are not limited to, the Miami Shores Golf Course, Treasure Island (Restaurant Area only) and Hobart Arena.
(b) “Alcoholic beverage” means any beverage containing more than one-half of one percent or more of alcohol by weight.
