No person except police officers or other law enforcement officers shall carry an air rifle, bow and arrow, sling shot or missile throwing devise or discharge any firearm, fireworks or explosive substances or air rifle within the parks, playgrounds and other areas within the control and responsibility of either the Recreation Board or the Board of Park Commissioners.
