(a) Dogs shall not be allowed in City parks or playgrounds unless accompanied by an owner, or designee and held on a leash or in a crate.
(b) No animals shall be allowed to run at large in City parks or playgrounds. Violating animals may be impounded.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If the person has previously been convicted of this section, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
