There is created a Board of Park Commissioners for the City with the number of members, the terms of office and the powers and duties prescribed by Ohio R. C. 755.01 et seq. The members of such Board shall be appointed by the Mayor, and each member of such Board shall qualify by executing and filing with the Auditor a fidelity bond in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000) with the City as obligee, and conditioned upon the faithful performance of his duties as Commissioner.
