931.08 HOBART ARENA: SUPERVISION; EMPLOYEES.

The use of the Hobart Arena shall be under the supervision of the Recreation Director or other employees of the Recreation Board and all operational employees of the Arena shall be employees of the Recreation Board or other employees of the City.
