The Hobart Arena shall be used for trade shows, conventions, sporting events, ice skating, meetings of various civic, religious and education institutions and concerts and shows which are open to the public for a fee and which are promoted and conducted by concessionaires for a limited time only. Office space may be leased for periods of time in excess of one week to only civic, religious or educational organizations which are nonprofit in nature and which promote the general welfare of the City.
