The Recreation Board shall cooperate with the Board of Park Commissioners in the maintenance of all properties which are under the maintenance control and responsibility of the Board of Park Commissioners and in which the programs of the Recreation Board are conducted. Such cooperation shall be for the purpose of reducing the expenses and efforts of such board.
