Under the supervision and management of the Recreation Board, there is created the position of Recreation Director who shall be appointed by the Recreation Board. Among the duties of such Director, subject to the supervision and management of the Recreation Board, are the operation of the programs and activities of the Hobart Arena and its parking area, the Municipal Swimming Pool, the proposed Civic Recreation Center, the summer playground program, the tennis program, the Miami Shores Golf Club, the Senior Citizens Center and such other facilities as are managed and operated by the Recreation Board.
