The Recreation Board shall have the power to equip with nonpermanent personal property and the power to operate playgrounds, play fields, gymnasiums, public baths, swimming pools and other recreation centers, including but not limited to, the Hobart Arena, the Municipal Swimming Pool, the Senior Citizens Center and the Miami Shores Golf Club.
Such Recreation Board shall possess all powers and be subject to all responsibilities of local authorities as prescribed in Ohio R. C. 755.12 to 755.18 except as otherwise herein provided.
