919.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00). Each day's violation shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) Any person violating any provision of this chapter on a second occasion should be deemed guilty of a third degree misdemeanor.
