All solid waste, recycling, and yard waste shall be placed in suitable containers as described in this chapter for removal. All special trash items shall be placed at the curb for removal as further set forth in the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to this Chapter. No live ashes shall be put in any containers for removal. All disposed items shall be placed at the curb by 7:00 a.m . on the scheduled collection day, but no earlier than twenty-four hours before the day of collection. (Ord. 29-2018. Passed 6-18-18.)
