919.07 GARBAGE; RUBBISH; REFUSE HAULERS; CHARGES.

Each licensee, permittee, commercial hauler or individual hauler shall pay the monthly charge to the County for the disposal of solid waste delivered to it in accordance with the agreement entered into between the City and the County dated March 6, 1967 as amended.
