If a bill for continued utility service is not paid in full by the due date a ten percent (10%) late charge is added to the bill. Bills not paid by the final process time for the next billing time period will receive a disconnect of service notice. Payment or provision for payment of all amounts appearing in arrears including the service charge will occur prior to service being reconnected.
