   745.03 LICENSE FEES.
   All licenses issued under Section 745.02 shall be for a period of one week and shall
be issued upon the following advance payments:
   (a)    Carnival or circus: $250.00
   (b)    Employer picnic or Fourth of July or Labor Day celebration: $2.00
      (Ord. 33-71. Passed 6-7-71.)
