737.10 TAXICAB LICENSE; FEES.

No person shall operate a taxicab without first obtaining from the Director of Public Service and Safety a taxicab license for each such vehicle to be used or operated for such purpose. Such license shall be issued for the term of one year, and the fee for each license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
