737.06 PHOTOGRAPH FOR LICENSE.

Each and every applicant shall furnish with his application for a taxicab driver's license two photographs of himself taken by the Police Department, not smaller than two and one-fourth inches by two and one-fourth inches. One photograph shall be attached to the taxicab driver's license and one shall be on file with the Police Department.
