737.04 TAXICAB DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED.

No person shall drive or operate a taxicab over irregular routes without first obtaining a taxicab driver's license from the Director of Public Service and Safety.

The fee for such taxicab driver's license shall be five dollars ($5.00) per year.
