733.01 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE AND TERM.

(a) No person shall engage in the business of installing or repairing sidewalks, approaches, curbs or gutters for hire within the City without first obtaining a license from the Director of Public Service and Safety to do so.

(b) All licenses shall be for the period of one year (by date) and shall be issued upon the payment of a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00).
