711.21 SPECIAL CHANNEL RESERVATION.

The grantee shall reserve one channel in accordance with FCC regulations pertaining to public access. The grantee shall furnish a local studio in order to facilitate the use of such channel and shall make such studio and channel available continually for such purpose. Program content is subject to the provisions under Section 711.17(a) and (b).
