The most recent "zoning map of the city of Troy", with all of the explanatory matter, is hereby adopted by this title. The zoning map shall delineate the boundaries of the zoning districts.
A. Changes Made To Zoning Map: All changes made to the zoning district boundaries or other matter shall be entered promptly after the amendment procedures have been followed in section 9-4-10 of this title, and such amendment has been approved by the city council.
B. Interpretation Of The Zoning District Boundaries: When uncertainly exists as to the boundary of any district boundary, the following regulations shall apply:
1. When the district boundary line follows a street, alley or public right of way, it shall be construed as following the centerline thereof.
2. When the district boundary line follows a lot line, such lot line shall be construed to be such boundary line.
3. When the district boundary line either divides a lot or crosses unsubdivided property, the location of such boundary shall be indicated on the zoning map. (Ord. 2001-04, 8-27-2001)
