Walks shall be provided in a mobile home park for safe, convenient, all-season pedestrian access; of adequate width for intended use; durable and convenient to maintain. There shall be:
(A) Individual walks to each mobile home stand from a paved driveway or parking space connecting to a paved street; and
(B) Common walks in locations where pedestrian traffic is concentrated; for example, at the court entrance and to the court office and other important facilities.
