(A) Any subgrading in connection with a patio required by this subchapter shall be well drained, uniformly graded and compacted.
(B) A patio required by this subchapter shall be constructed so as to provide a useful outdoor surface constructed or formed either monolithically or in movable units with weather-resistant materials placed sufficiently close together to create a paved area.
