(A) The distance from the line or corner of the mobile home stand to a private access drive, a common parking area, a common walk or other common area shall be ten feet minimum. Patios, carports and individual storage facilities shall be disregarded in determining yard widths.
(B) The distance from the line or corner of the mobile home stand to a public street shall be a minimum of 25 feet.
