(A) Each mobile home park may provide service buildings to house toilet, bathing or other sanitation facilities as are prescribed.
(B) All service buildings shall be permanent structures complying with all applicable laws and ordinances regulating the construction of buildings. In addition all service buildings in a mobile home park shall be adequately lighted at all times of day and night and shall be well ventilated with screens on all openings. They shall be constructed of such moistureproof material, including painted woodwork, as shall permit repeated cleaning and washing and shall be maintained at a temperature of not less than 68ºF during the period from September 1 to May 15. The floors of all service buildings shall be of water-impervious material and shall contain a drain and shall be so constructed as to assure efficient drainage to the drain.
(C) All service buildings and the grounds of a mobile home park shall be maintained in a clean, sightly condition and kept free of any condition that will pose a menace to health of any occupant or the public or constitute a nuisance or fire hazard.
