The size of the recreational area shall be not less than 3% of the gross site area devoted to recreational facilities, generally provided in a central location, including suitable landscaping, fencing and benches. In larger courts, decentralization will be allowed. Recreation areas shall include space for community buildings and community use facilities, such as adult recreation, child playgrounds and natural open space.
