All entrances, exits and driveways to a mobile home park shall be lighted at night. Not less than a 100 watt electric light shall be provided for each 200 lineal feet of private street and at each entrance and exit to the mobile home park. At least one receptacle outlet for each mobile home space shall be provided; this receptacle and other electric wiring shall conform to the requirements of the Electrical Code adopted by § 151.001.
