(A) When laundry facilities are provided by a mobile home park such facilities shall have hot and cold water outlets which equal not less than the number of laundry trays and washing machines provided, and an ample number of electrical outlets shall be provided supplying current sufficient to operate each machine.
(B) The laundry facilities shall be in a separate service building or, if in the same building where sanitation facilities are housed, shall be separated from the area housing sanitation facilities by a soundproof wall.
