§ 152.043 BASE ENCLOSURE.
   All mobile homes which are placed on foundations or piers shall have the entire perimeter enclosed. The enclosure shall be of a material approved by the building inspectors. The metal panels manufactured for mobile home enclosures shall be considered to meet these requirements.
