All tenant storage shall provide storage facilities on or conveniently near each mobile home lot for the active storage of outdoor equipment, furniture or tools, and for the inactive storage of such other materials as are used only seasonally or infrequently by the typical tenant and cannot be conveniently stored in the typical mobile home. Such storage facilities shall be furnished by the tenant, but the operator of a mobile home park may require of tenants who choose to purchase storage facilities that all storage facilities in the mobile home park be uniform.
