§ 152.023 LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION; ABATEMENT OF VIOLATIONS.
   Any license granted pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to revocation or suspension by the city; however, the City Clerk shall first serve or cause to be served upon the licensee a written notice in which shall be specified the way in which the licensee has failed to comply with this chapter, or any rules or regulations promulgated by the city pertaining thereto. The notice shall require the licensee to remove or abate the nuisance, insanitary or objectionable condition specified in the notice within ten days or within a longer period of time as may be allowed by the City Clerk. If the licensee fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the notice, within the time specified or the extended period of time, the City Clerk may revoke or suspend the license.
