§ 152.003 FURNISHING ELECTRICAL SERVICE TO UNITS NOT IN PARK.

It shall be unlawful for any electric company to furnish electricity to any mobile home that is to be used as a dwelling or living quarters in the city unless it is parked in a mobile home park licensed by the city or a district permitted by the zoning ordinance of the city.
