Any license granted to an adult bookstore may be revoked under § 114.58 for any of the following reasons:
(A) A finding that the business, as operated, has an adverse impact upon the community;
(B) The conviction of the licensee or an employee of a criminal obscenity charge under the law of the state arising from the sale or possession of obscene materials through or at the licensed premises;
(C) A violation of any of the standards or requirements set forth in this chapter;
(D) A violation of the city zoning ordinance, Building Code, Plumbing Code or Electrical Code; or
(E) When any owner or employee of an adult bookstore is convicted of a violation of this chapter or of state law relating to the types of offenses enumerated in § 113.03, or any other similar sexual offense occurring while on the licensed premises.
