Any license granted herein may be revoked under § 114.58 for any of the following reasons:
(A) A finding that the business, as operated, has an adverse impact upon the community;
(B) A violation of any of the standards or requirements set forth herein;
(C) A violation of the city zoning ordinance, Building Code, Plumbing Code or Electrical Code; or
(D) When any owner, operator or employee of an adult theater, or adult mini-theater is convicted of a violation of this chapter or of the state law relating to the types of offenses enumerated in this section, or of any other similar sexual offense occurring while on the business premises.
