§ 72.31 PARKING OF REFRIGERATION TRUCKS RESTRICTED.
   No refrigerated truck or trailer shall be parked within the city between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., with the refrigeration unit in operation, except that these units may be parked in areas specifically designed and established for the group parking of the units.
