§ 72.29 PARKING OF PROHIBITED VEHICLES ON CITY STREETS RESTRICTED.
   (A)   For the purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the meanings here indicated for them.
      PROHIBITED VEHICLE. A vehicle which is either:
         (a)   A trailer longer than 12 feet in length, regardless of whether the trailer is attached to a truck tractor; or
         (b)   A second division vehicle (other than a school bus) which weighs more than 12,000 pounds, including the vehicle itself and the vehicle’s legal maximum load.
      SCHOOL BUS. The meaning given to it by ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 1-182.
      SECOND DIVISION. As used to classify vehicles, shall have the meaning given to it by ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 1-217.
      TRAILER. The meaning given to it by ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 1-209.
      VEHICLE. The meaning given to it by ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5, § 1-217.
   (B)   No prohibited vehicle shall be parked upon any city street at any time between the hour of 10:00 p.m. on any day of the week and the hour of 6:00 a.m. on the morning of the next day.
