§ 72.04 PARKING OR STANDING NEAR ENTRANCES TO PUBLIC BUILDINGS, THEATERS, HOSPITALS AND HOTELS.

   It shall be unlawful to park or stand a vehicle, except for loading or unloading passengers, at any of the following places:

   (A)   At any place within 75 feet of the entrance to a public building, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except on Sunday;

   (B)   Directly in front of the entrance to any theater at any time that the theater is open; and

   (C)   At any place within 75 feet of the entrance to any hospital or hotel at any time.
