§ 72.03 PARKING AND STANDING IN LOADING ZONES.
   It shall be unlawful for the driver of a vehicle to park or stand a passenger vehicle for a period of time longer than is necessary for the loading or unloading of passengers, not to exceed 30 minutes, in any place designated by the Mayor and City Council as a loading zone and marked as such.
