§ 71.22 ALTERED SPEED LIMITS; POSTING SIGNS.
   If the Mayor and City Council by ordinance set speed limits other than those designated in this subchapter as provided by state law after an engineering or traffic survey, then those limits shall govern the rate of speed on the streets indicated in the ordinance. Appropriate signs shall be posted showing the speed limits.
