(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day shall constitute a separate offense. This shall be in addition to any other remedy.

(B) (1) Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter except § 53.07 shall be served by the city with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations. The city may revoke any permit for sewage disposal as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
(2) Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in § 53.07 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, shall be fined in an amount not less than $50 per day nor more than $750 per day. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
(3) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the city by reasons of the violation.
