§ 37.23 COLLATERALIZATION.
   Funds on deposit (checking accounts, certificates of deposit and the like) in excess of FDIC limits must be secured by adequate collateral pursuant to the regulations of the Federal Reserve regarding custody and safekeeping of collateral.
