§ 33.46 EX OFFICIO CLERK AND SECRETARY.

The City Clerk is hereby appointed as the ex officio Clerk and Secretary of the Commission and that all records of the Commission, including but not limited to minutes of all meetings shall be deposited with the City Clerk for safekeeping.
