§ 33.21 ADOPTION OF RULES BY THE BOARD.
   The Board shall adopt the rules required by ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, § 10-2.1-5. The Board shall not make any rule, however, which governs the operation of the city’s Police Department or the conduct of its members.
