§ 32.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of §§ 32.01 and 32.02 shall constitute a misdemeanor, punishable in accordance with G.S. § 14-4.

   (C)   Violation of any provision in §§ 32.15 and 32.16 is a misdemeanor and is punishable as provided in G.S. § 14-4.
