§ 32.15 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   FACILITY. Any building, structure, or improvement owned or leased by the town or otherwise under its dominion or control.
   FACILITY MANAGER. The person designated by the Town Manager as the person in charge of any facility or property of the town, which person shall have the authority to grant permission for the use of said facility or property to persons other than employees or officials of the town.
   PROPERTY. Any property owned or leased by the town or otherwise under its dominion or control including, but not limited to, public sidewalks, streets, and parking areas.
   TOWN MANAGER. The person appointed by the Town Council as manager (acting, interim, or permanent) of the town. The Town Manager shall be in charge of all property and facilities. The Town Manager may designate a person to be in charge of each facility (the facility manager).
