§ 90.058 DISCHARGE OF SEWAGE AND HAZARDOUS WASTES.

Any person or persons who shall allow or permit sewage or hazardous wastes to discharge into the ground or subsurface soil, which shall have the effect of causing odors or obnoxious, unhealthy and unwholesome conditions to exist, is declared to have caused a public nuisance and shall be in violation of this chapter.
