(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter, or shall fail to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, within the city limits shall be deemed guilty of an offense and shall be liable for a fine not to exceed the sum of $2,000. Each day the violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. Such penalty shall be in addition to all the other remedies provided herein.
(C) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.120 through 90.123, or failing to comply therewith, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in the Municipal Court of the city shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the sum of $500 for each offense; and each and every day the violation shall continue shall be deemed to constitute a separate offense.
