(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any public utility violating the provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.08 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100, nor more than $200. Each day that the violation or violations continues shall constitute a separate offense.
