§ 50.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PUBLIC UTILITY. Shall include and be limited to: Persons, firms or corporations furnishing or distributing gas within the corporate limits of the city.
