The property described in § 92.25 shall henceforth be closed to the public and all unauthorized persons. Entry upon the property shall only be with the express consent of the city. No trespassing signs shall be placed upon the property. The gates shall be closed and locked at all times that the property is not in use. No persons shall be authorized at any times upon the property, except with the express consent of the city. City employees or contractors acting within the scope of their duties who must enter upon the property to accomplish their work for the city or other persons acting under written authorization may enter the property only to the extent necessary to accomplish the tasks expressly authorized. All other persons shall not be permitted upon the property for any reason.
